Return Policy

Knight Music Academy’s goal is 100% satisfaction with every purchase you make, however we understand there are circumstances where an item purchased does not meet your full expectations. If you order an item from us, and are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of sale. Please read the following carefully to ensure that your Return is processed correctly.

• To return an item purchased online from www.knightmusicacademy.com, you must contact us by phone or e-mail within 30 days from the date of the sale to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
• All returns must have an RA# (Return Authorization Number).
• To receive a RA#, Please have your order number available and call 1-847-726-8742.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Unfortunately, the following items do not qualify for a return: Sheet Music, Books, Strings, and CD’s.
• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returned items not in their original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
• Special orders can only be returned at the discretion of a Store Manager with a restocking fee added. All deposits on special orders are non-refundable.
• When you ship your item, make sure that your RA# is printed clearly on the outside of the package.Return your item to:
